Brick, render or rendered masonry walls, with a tile or Colorbond roof.
Set back 5 m from the front, 2 m from the sides and 5 m from the rear.
Post-and-wire fencing between lots, one outbuilding per lot, and asphalt, exposed aggregate or coloured concrete driveways.
